  • Sau khi truy cập website DUONG ATELIER, khách hàng chọn mục Tài khoản / Account ở góc phải phía trên màn hình.
  • Chọn Đăng ký / Sign up để bắt đầu tạo tài khoản cá nhân.
  • Điền đầy đủ thông tin cần thiết, bao gồm họ tên, địa chỉ email và mật khẩu riêng cho tài khoản.
  • Sau khi hoàn tất, nhấn Đăng ký / Sign up để hoàn thành quá trình thiết lập tài khoản.

Nếu đơn hàng chưa được bàn giao cho đơn vị vận chuyển, DUONG ATELIER sẽ cố gắng hỗ trợ cập nhật địa chỉ giao hàng phù hợp. Tuy nhiên, việc thay đổi địa chỉ không thể được đảm bảo trong mọi trường hợp.

If your order has not yet been handed over to the delivery partner, DUONG ATELIER will do its best to assist with updating your delivery address. However, address changes cannot be guaranteed in every case.

If you wish to adjust your delivery information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, DUONG ATELIER will no longer be able to modify the delivery details.
