This page outlines the made-to-order, returns, shipping, payment, intellectual property, and governing law policies that apply to purchases made through DUONG ATELIER.
At DUONG ATELIER, each garment is individually handcrafted and produced specifically for the client after the order has been confirmed.
As all products are made-to-order, production will only begin once full payment has been received.
Production timelines are provided as estimates and may vary depending on design complexity, customization requirements, and current order volume. Clients will be informed if any significant delay occurs.
Please note that the actual color of a garment may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website due to screen settings, device displays, lighting conditions, and photographic techniques.
Minor variations in hand-finished details may occur. These are considered natural characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship and are not regarded as defects.
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or returned unless otherwise approved under the applicable claims policy.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the made-to-order nature of all DUONG ATELIER products.
Due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of DUONG ATELIER products, all sales are considered final.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be accepted if the item received differs from the confirmed order in style, size, color, or quantity, or if the item contains a verified manufacturing defect or quality issue originating during production.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, personal preference regarding fit, color, fabric texture, or design details, delays caused by customs clearance, import procedures, or local regulations.
Minor differences in color, fabric texture, embellishment placement, handcrafted details, or variations between website images and the actual product caused by screen settings, lighting, or photography are not considered valid grounds for return, exchange, or refund.
To submit a claim, customers must notify DUONG ATELIER within 3 calendar days of receiving the package, provide the order number, describe the issue in detail, and submit clear photographs together with an unedited video of the package opening process showing the shipping label, package condition, and contents.
Claims submitted without an opening video may not be eligible for review.
Upon verification and approval, DUONG ATELIER may, at its sole discretion, replace the affected item, repair the affected item, offer a partial refund, or issue store credit. The final resolution will depend on the nature and extent of the issue.
