We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
• Personal preference regarding fit, color, fabric texture, or design details.
• Delays caused by customs clearance, import procedures, or local regulations.
• Minor variations in color, fabric texture, embellishment placement, or handcrafted details.
• Differences between website images and the actual appearance of the product resulting from screen settings, lighting conditions, or photography.
To submit a claim, customers must:
• Notify DUONG ATELIER within 3 calendar days of receiving the package.
• Provide the order number and a detailed description of the issue.
• Submit clear photographs and an unedited video of the package opening process showing the shipping label, package condition, and contents.
Claims submitted without an opening video may not be eligible for review.
Upon verification and approval, DUONG ATELIER may, at its sole discretion, determine the appropriate resolution according to the nature of the issue.
